LunchBox Friends Programs 2012

2nd Tuesdays at Noon

Bring a sandwich. Friends will supply beverages & desserts. Free and open to the public. Books will be available for sale & signing whenever possible.

  If you shop at Hannaford's, support our Friends when you turn in your bottles.

  Pick up a CLYNK bag at the Falmouth Memorial Library.
  Fill it with returnable bottles & drop it off at your Hannaford's store.
  The Friends will get the credit.
  And then go pick up another bag at the Library.

We made $4,481 at our Fall book sale. Thank you!

Our next sale will be in the Spring
in the John J. Russell Meeting Room of the Library.

Thousands of great books for all ages and interests. The best bargains in town!

We appreciate donations, but please do not bring us books that have been exposed to moisture or missing covers or pages. We also do not accept magazines, textbooks, encyclopedias, or Readers' Digest condensed books.
(Sorry, but they just don't sell.)
We do accept DVDs and audio books that are complete and in good condition. We greatly appreciate donations that come in packing boxes because we are ALWAYS short of boxes. Please bring items to donate at least 2 days before set-up begins on Thursday.

If you have bags we can use, please drop them off.
If you would like to help set up and/or work at the sale, please let us know.

A Common Yarn
Bring your knitting and sit, knit & chat with your neighbors working on their own projects.
3:30 - 5:30pm Tuesday afternoons and/or
1-3pm Thursday afternoons

Book Discussion Groups
The Falmouth Memorial Library sponsors a book discussion group that
meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 1:00 - 2:30 pm.

These are informal discussions. You need not attend all meetings.

and find the upcoming titles that will be under discussion.
The library has copies of the books and they are also available in paperback at local book stores.
